Key assignments included:

•Vallourec Drilling: restored control over cash and performance steering by redesigning cash forecasting, upgrading reporting, and rebuilding visibility on working capital and budgeting.

•Visteon Interiors: led the decentralization of accounting during a carve-out, transferring activities from a Shared Services Center to regional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

•FCI: secured continuity of Corporate Management Control during the final phase of a carve-out and divestment, ensuring smooth handovers and uninterrupted budget cycle delivery.

•Plastic Omnium: structured budgeting and reporting for a newly centralized Group IT function, while strengthening performance monitoring and supporting finance team reorganization.

Assigned to support the Finance Department in the reorganization of the Central Management Control function for a leading communications infrastructure operator.

Delivered operational support across monthly closing, quarterly forecasting, and day-to-day finance management, while carrying out an organizational diagnostic and designing tools aligned with project-based operations.

Key outcomes included the redesign of Group reporting, improved reporting lead times, and stronger Executive Committee commentary with a more strategic and business-focused perspective.

Brought in to secure continuity of the Western Region controlling function during a major reorganization. Delivered end-to-end support across monthly close, outlooks, 2017 budgeting, reporting, audit support, and year-end closing, while acting as a key interface between finance, shared services and operations. The mission also highlighted structural improvement opportunities around reporting simplification, reduction of manual accounting reallocations, and more effective performance steering.

ONEtoONE provides advisory services to SMEs focusing on their financial needs (public financing, private equity funds, IPOs, M&A) to support the development of their business. ONEtoONE has worked on over 900 corporate operations, both in local and in cross-border transactions.
