Travail au sein de l'équipe France/Belgique Airbnb Experiences (Team Market Management) • Acquisition et gestion de comptes: +300 appels conseillant des expériences d'hôtes nouveaux et existants sur Airbnb (90% des hôtes ont suivi les recommandations) en utilisant des données via SQL & Superset (outil de dashboard interne) pour proposer des stratégies et des tactiques afin de croître sur les marchés français et belge. • Catégorie «construction de la catégorie Famille»: travail de catégorie sur les besoins du marché en analysant en profondeur les expériences sur plusieurs marchés: Paris, New York, Tokyo, Rome, Barcelone. Recommendations sur la sécurité et les opportunités commerciales adaptées à chaque marché. • Accélération des partenariats: recherche / rencontre de 4 partenaires clés (start-ups à croissance rapide) pour développer des catégories d'expériences sur des marchés spécifiques • Community Events: organisation de réunions à Paris / Nice / Marseille avec 50 à 100 invités pour développer la communauté Airbnb • Équipe internationale: travail sur plusieurs projets à différentes échelles : EMEA / APAC / US, équipes d'ingénieurs, produits, de recherche, de vente et de support client (déplacements et appels vidéo).
