While sharing my experience in business creation and development with the founders of startups, I leverage digital and offline marketing to develop the usage and revenue of startups as they accelerate.

I accompany startups in various sectors mainly in B2B (marketing software, fintech, edtech, travel) at the time of their acceleration by providing them with an organised marketing plan, starting point for developing their business.

Based on the analysis of existing and data, I gather the teams behind a growth plan activating the value proposition, product-market fit, growth marketing, branding, content marketing & SEO levers.

Using data, past actions and knowledge of the teams to define this marketing development plan, I ensure the implementation of a tracking plan for the actions put in place, to measure the success of the tactics deployed.

Together with the teams, I carry out all the online and field marketing actions to activate customers and users of the platform.

Redefinition of values, personae, branding, brand positioning and value proposition are the bases deployed with the teams.

Launch of a complete rebranding of the World is a Village brand based on the values defined on the borders of the edtech and travel market.

Definition and deployment of a complete rebranding on Instagram and a growth plan, aimed at travellers (children aged 10 to 19).

Review of the activation scheme for B2B customers (HR directors of large groups) with a plan mixing offline and online. Implementation of digital activation and physical activation boxes (flyers, posters, personalized goodies...).

Implementation of an online acquisition plan for qualified B2B leads: qualitative outbound campaigns, landing page and paid campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google ads.

Launch of a plan to improve onboarding and activation of B2C users (families). Implementation of an early birds and ambassadors program integrating a sponsorship program. Definition & management of the marketing budget.
