Currently leading the AI Innovation Hub within the IT department of a major European banking group (Fortune 500): target operating model design, AI use case triage, sandbox architecture, hackathons at scale, and hands-on prototype delivery via vibe coding.

Before: Head of Innovation & Strategic PMO at PwC France (under the CTO), senior innovation consultant (30+ engagements), director of 3 innovation hubs (100+ startups, 50 corporate partners).

In parallel, I run Airparty (airparty.io), an independent research publication on innovation strategy and emerging technologies.
