As a Tech Lead at Société Générale, I am responsible for leading a team of 5 talented and international developers. My main role is to provide strong technical leadership while collaborating with my team to create and implement innovative software solutions.

My mission encompasses several key responsibilities:

- Team Management: I am accountable for managing and mentoring my development team. This involves providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring project objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.

- Development of Technical Solutions: I am directly involved in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Utilizing technologies such as Java 17, Spring Boot 3, Angular 15, and microservices, I ensure our products are at the forefront of innovation and meet the needs of our clients.

- Promotion of Agile Methodology: I foster an agile working culture within my team by implementing practices such as Scrum or Kanban. This includes holding regular planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous and high-quality delivery.

- Technological Expertise: I possess in-depth expertise across a wide range of tools and technologies. I ensure our development environment is well-managed and up-to-date with industry best practices.

Furthermore, I am passionate about promoting craftsmanship practices within my team. I advocate for clean code, test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and continuous learning. By fostering a culture of craftsmanship, we strive for excellence in our codebase, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and long-term success for our projects.

Développeur Fullstack :

• Mener à bien l'ensemble des tâches de développements confiées : chiffrage, conception, spécifications techniques, réalisation, tests, déploiement.

• Assurer le support technique niveau 2 de l'application FBM et participer de façon prioritaire à la résolution des incidents et des problèmes de production

• S’assurer de comprendre le besoin utilisateur et y répondre en livrant régulièrement des fonctionnalités ayant de la valeur métier

• Intégrer et appliquer la méthodologie Agile Scrum, participer et contribuer à l'ensemble des cérémonies

• Mettre en œuvre les pratiques TDD, BDD

• Pratiquer la revue de code intra équipe (code review, clean code) et garantir le respect des normes de développement
