Developed research plans and facilitated both generative and evaluative user research to uncover digital tool buyer behavior and permission management preferences of pharmacists and doctors in executive roles at medical organizations. Synthesized findings to inform the development of a central platform for a national healthcare company, consolidating all product offerings and optimizing decision-making for key stakeholders.

Partnered with Girl Scouts Ohio to design a fun, innovative experience that helps girls learn about and respect the environment by observing nature and collecting data during hikes. We developed a Webflow microsite, integrated with Airtable for data collection, providing a lightweight, engaging introduction to scientific exploration and environmental advocacy. This project not only supports future funding efforts but also lays the groundwork for an advanced toolset to be expanded upon in the next phase of development.

Partnered with Donatos' product team to redesign their mobile app, improving visibility of deals and rewards to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales. We addressed user challenges in finding and applying deals by creating modern, streamlined user flows and testing three high-fidelity prototypes. Usability sessions confirmed improved ease of use, with customers successfully completing all tasks. The new experience was business-approved and set for development, ensuring a more seamless and satisfying ordering process.

Designed a new feature for an educational web platform that enables educators and students to use AI for troubleshooting Python coding errors, then led the research initiative to test and refine the feature. This enhancement increased the value of paid memberships, driving revenue growth while improving user engagement and learning outcomes.

Designed the interface of an AI-powered web application for the micro-mobility industry that allows companies to monitor fleets of electric scooters and help support public safety by enforcing lawful use of their products in cities. This tool enables a significant reduction in business costs associated with administration fees due to improper use of electric scooters inside city infrastructures.

Designed an intuitive interface for an embedded HMI system in the marine industry, enabling commercial fisheries to preserve their product optimally from harvest to distribution. This resulted in significant upgrades to the company’s sales package and enhanced customer value.

Designed the visual interface of a machine learning tool that helps caregivers support people with natural speech impairments improve their ability to communicate in their native language by providing relevant word prediction suggestions in tablet-assisted communication.
