Lead and coordinate end-to-end consulting projects supporting AI transformations, from strategic framing to operational execution: project structuring, roadmap definition, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, executive reporting, and change management support.

Selected Project Contributions:

1.Co-designed the strategic framework of FDJ’s Agentic Studio, contributing to the definition of its AI vision, governance model, and operational structure.

2.Led the AI strategy for Nancy University Hospital, aligning executive objectives,

technical architecture and operational priorities to define a structured AI roadmap.

3.Managed the implementation of multiple AI products (RAG-based systems, AI-powered classification tools), ensuring strong governance, data sovereignty compliance, and secure deployment in regulated environments.

4.Conducted AI maturity assessments and supported the Council of Europe in defining a secure, multi-platform AI strategy with executive-level reporting.

Actively contribute to AI-focused business development initiatives, supporting major tenders (CAIH, CANUT, ICDC,…) and strategic proposals (FDJ, Council of Europe, EDQM, public institutions,…) from opportunity framing to executive presentation.

Conduct go-to-market analyses, identify growth levers within existing accounts, and engage directly with executive sponsors to align delivery, manage risk, and unlock expansion opportunities.

Contributed to internal AI enablement by supporting public sector teams in identifying AI-driven opportunities within client missions, and co-authored a white paper on the business impact of AI in financial services.

Participated in the design and implementation of internal automation tools to streamline operational and support processes (tender analysis automation, reporting generation, HR onboarding), leveraging Copilot Studio, n8n, Power Automate and generative AI solutions.
