Conception et fabrication de matériel beaux-arts pour artistes et galeries d'art (production artistique). Tableaux, sculptures, encadrement, installations et services sur-mesure. DMD artdesign c'est l'alliance de techniques beaux-arts et d'artisanat d'art (menuiserie, ébénisterie, métal, tapisserie, maroquinerie, peinture et vernis) aux technologies de découpes et gravures numériques (CNC, laser, jet d'eau, 2D et 3D, conception, modèles 3D, imagerie).

Liable on everything connected to the staff, the assets, the merchandises and of course the financial management such as purchases, promotions, operational expenses, commercial margin, rebates from suppliers or central... My duties are to create a better working climate and to reduce the staff turnover. By teaching, training and going along with my staff, I create a real team spirit which is benefit even more globally. Our assortment, our prices, and the way we display goods and animate the store allow us to develop sales and the customer's satisfaction and loyalty as well. We need to answer our customers' needs and our assortment and finally our price range has to be relevant (price survey, competition analysis...). However, as a branch manager I am also in charge of the safety (food safety, hygiene, training and relation with officials) and the security (of people, assets and money) and I enjoy performing in those fields. Graduated with a finance management master, I like calculating all the costs and expenses in order to maximize the Profit & Loss statement, and thus to guarantee the success of my structure. I had also the chance to handle the opening of the biggest Carrefour Market store within the UAE at that time: Al Wasl branch had now all the new concepts such as a sushi bar, a fancy snacking area, some cooking courses, four self check-out counters etc...

Management (50aine de collaborateurs) : recrutement, planning, développement des compétences, gestion des carrières. Et bien sûr le coaching quotidien par des objectifs SMART et leur contrôle. Commerce : animations commerciale, théâtralisation des points de vente et mises en avant. Pilotage des marges par secteurs et globale (négociation fournisseurs, commandes thématiques). Gestion des prix de vente. Gestion : actions sur les différents leviers pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs (CA, marges, démarque, achat et prix de vente, FP, FG, actifs et contrats de prestation et maintenance). Compétences annexes : sécurité, hygiène, administration, comptabilité, relation avec les prestataires, IRP.
