What I actually do: get your team real, organised value from AI instead of a scattered pile of accounts and prompts.

My approach is outcomes first, tools second:

• Discovery — how you work, where time goes, and what must stay private and secure.

• Quick wins — Claude/ChatGPT set up around 2-3 of your real tasks, working in week one.

• Roadmap — workflows, a prompt library, clear AI-usage and confidentiality guidelines, and a plan you can act on.

The principle I work to: AI only where it pays for itself, plain tooling for the rest.

About me: product manager across Southeast Asia and Europe (including Pivotal Labs), now founder of Wenable. I use these tools daily — Claude Code, n8n, Mistral, Linear — and I've shipped my own AI products, so I know where AI saves time and where it doesn't.
