Responsibilities:
 

- Planning, talent recruiting, business process building;
- Product portfolio management, roadmap, backlog, market research;
- Data-driven design creation, a/a and a/b testing, sales funnel, CJM, etc.

Achievements thus far:
 

- Recruited and organized half of the current team and related processes;
- Launched a full-fledged MVP v1.0 and there is a huge backlog;
- Built organic traffic from scratch to test hypotheses (sales funnel, ads campaigns, onboarding, engagement, retention);
