• • Monitor of activity performance indicators with a view to reporting and continuous improvement.

• • Organize and lead quality meetings aimed to identify, analyze and eliminate the root causes of the defects observed and proposal of appropriate corrective or preventive action plans.

• • Development and updating of the quality control plan,

• • Develope and implemente a continuous improvement plan focused on customer satisfaction

• • Analyze and validate the suppliers components documents (cpk, laboratory analysis, REAH, ROHS., Food conformity, electrical safty…) in cooperation with purchasing, R&D and certification,

• • Close collaboration with suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory specifications

• • Participate in cross-functional industrial projects by providing methodological support linked to quality.

• • Coordinate with the purchasing department to evaluate and select suppliers based on their quality performance

• • Suppliers process audit.

• • Ensure incoming inspection plan application.

• • Manage non-compliance, and action plan with suppliers

• • Monitor customer returns, managing complaints and implementing appropriate corrective or preventive actions

• • Monitor suppliers quality performance.

• • Audit of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• • Analyze customer feedback to identify possible areas for improvement.

• • Carry out 8D type causal analysis, researching the causes of non-quality and avenues for improvement.
