After several years of working on Tech projects! (But on the product side 📲)

I discovered the recruitment and job of TA in 2014 💻

so I started working with several scale-ups 🚀 and unicorns 🦄 to support them in their intense recruitment cycle while keeping the link with Tech (which I wouldn't stop ^^)

Since my beginnings in RPO, I have been able to meet the best candidates, Developers, Devops, Architect, CTO, Engineering Manager, Tech support, QA Engineer, DATA Engineer and many others and from everywhere! 🌍

The cool thing is that I could see a multitude of technologies 😍

I threw myself into the tech watch thoroughly!

I really like HR projects around "candidate experience", a multitude of tools and methods to create fast and benevolent processes, centered on Tech!

That's why I started my company Auxo! 💪

I hope to continue working in this sector for many more years! Always a few things to learn and pass on
