- Inbound and outbound transport order integrations for a logistics service provider connecting their TMS and WMS with external platforms. Handling hundreds of time sensitive daily orders in production.

- E-commerce marketplace to ERP integrations.

- Custom track & trace flows for e-commerce communicating info for special collis so that customers do not need to call the service line.

- Sync product inventory and master data for thousands of products across ERP, PIM and marketplaces. Keeping 13 individual webshops up to date in parallel for different brands in multiple countries.

- PDF processing pipelines. Order confirmations, Safety sheets, Invoices. Including a recently published AI-based extraction pipeline.

- Daily processing of a large volume accounting records from insurance software into an ERP.

My project approach:

1. Intro meeting: open conversation about your goals, challenges, and whether we're a fit.

2. Discovery Hackathon (if problem unclear): Free hands-on 2-4h session exploring your systems and sketching solutions. You walk away with insights and I can make a realistic proposal.

4. Proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget, reviewed together.

5. Agreement: Once we're aligned.

6. Kickoff: start date and communication channels set.

7. Delivery: close collaboration, regular updates and feedback.

8. Retrospective: wrap up, start a new phase, or move into support/maintenance, based on what fits.
