• - Month and year end closures, stock valuation, reporting, budget and forecasts, profitability analysis by product and customer, CAPEX and ROI, sales price.

• - Work proactively with management team to control actual financial results consistent with operating plan commitments for the organization.

• - Supporting the Supply-Chain: optimization of the Injection Platform for France (S&OP), coordination and optimization of the Raws needs for Recycling Plant.

• - Implementation of controlling in recycling Plant (Controlling, Sales Margin, KPI)

• - Budgeting & Forecasting

• - Financial report and analysis

• - Making income bridge, expense bridge between actual, budget and previous year

• - Monthly calculate cost of product (WAC, Activity rates, Product costing)

• - Partnered with plant management to maximize plant efficiency and profitability and proposed business actions.
