Aaron Barchechath

The non-profit foundation Léonie Chaptal specializes in healthcare and has over 14 BUs. Its activities are divided into two main areas: training and care. The aim of the project was to establish consistency, stability and modularity across the IS, by understanding business functional requirements. The introduction of new interoperable tools enabling immediate operationality, as well as the development of functionalities enabling greater productivity and traceability, while guaranteeing compliance with legislation and corporate obligations.

- Detecting gaps & problems, understanding key business processes of each BUs

- Mapping existing IS and infrastructure

- Planning and prioritizing initiatives : establishing roadmaps, coordinating resources, estimating associated costs with a clear, prioritized deployment plan

- Finding of a consistent and modular solutions with massive benchmarking

- Iterative implementation and change management with documentation and staff training

- Monitoring the new IS and the overall satisfaction (led us to make some changes)

Technical environment : Self-hosted solutions, SaaS, API, Typescript, ReactJS

LCommerce is a 100% subsidiary of the Leclerc group. It is in charge of most digital services for customers, such as the e-commerce site (over 10 million visits per month). With a view to implementing Click & Collect, I was in charge of the architecture, overall working method and then the team at the nerve center of the functionality.

- Solving performance and scalability issues to treat a large amount of data

- Improve testing (end-to-end, integration, unit)

- Writing of frontend and backend documentation

- Participating to new homemade UI library

- Design, architecture and development of new business workflow

- Knowledge in the field of compatibility and co-ownership

- Autonomous management of the team's tasks independently of the PO/SM
