Raphaël completed a 9-month assignment within our team. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated an excellent ability to integrate and a high level of autonomy. He quickly adapted to our work environment and successfully built trustful relationships with the entire team. Specifically, his mission was divided into two main areas: firstly, a role as a management controller (creating tracking tables, business analyses) and secondly, a role in transversal/team management (4 people) with operational responsibility. From a management control perspective, Raphaël created tracking tables for our activities efficiently and accurately. These tables were extremely helpful for monitoring ongoing projects and provided better visibility on the various stages and deadlines. Regarding the coordination and operational management of the team, he managed to foster a team spirit and was able to motivate and guide the team members towards achieving the set objectives. Raphaël thus brought significant added value to our team through his quick integration, autonomy, management control skills, and his ability to coordinate the team.
