Après m’être concentré ces dernières années sur de superbes startups (Viadeo, Malt, Synapse Med et maintenant Pollen), j’ai envie de jongler entre plusieurs univers, d’apporter ma pierre et mes connaissances à d’autres, que ce soit dans l’accompagnement d’une équipe opérationnelle ou dans la partie stratégique (structure d’équipe, vision, résolution de conflits, process…).

L’idée est simple : faire un/des micros workshops d’un à deux jours avec votre équipe design et/ou produit pour les aider à :
