    • Led the Brand Cause program at group level, supporting 23 L’Oréal brands in identifying and aligning with meaningful social and environmental causes that reflect their unique identities and values (at all stages: cause definition, definition deployment and impact measurement)
    • Advised on the international deployment of brand-led initiatives, ensuring consistency, local relevance, and long-term social impact.
    • Developed and implemented impact measurement frameworks to track progress and increase transparency and accountability across all brand initiatives.
    • Collaborated cross-functionally with Sustainability Leaders, Communications, and Finance teams to drive integration of purpose into brand strategy and reporting.
    • Contributed to the evolution of processes and tools to better assess, communicate, and scale brand purpose efforts globally.
  • Fondation L'Oréal
    Program Lead - Gender & Climate
    April 2024 - October 2024 (6 months)
    • Coordinated the Women Climate Collective, a program supporting emerging women leaders in climate action, and shaped its strategic roadmap for scale-up in 4 new geographies
    • Worked closely with the Fondation L'Oréal Communications Team to co-organize a high-impact event during New York Climate Week, spotlighting gender and climate intersectionality on a global stage.
    • Collaborated with Ipsos on a research project exploring the barriers, needs, and challenges faced by women engaged in climate action.
    • Led the launch of the MOOC “Developing Skills for Women Leadership in Climate Action”, developed in partnership with UNITAR, C40 Cities, CARE, and the Columbia Climate School.
