I work on Salesforce environments integrating Sitetracker, in data-intensive, operations-driven contexts - infrastructure deployment, field operations, telecom rollouts.

My work covers the full delivery cycle: configuring and optimizing Project and Job Templates (interventions, questionnaires, operational workflows), automating Job creation and lifecycle management, and enriching Jobs through Salesforce Flows (Before/After Save) for naming conventions, work types, regions, scheduling, and business rules.

I have a strong understanding of Sitetracker's managed logic knowing where to extend it safely and where not to override it. I troubleshoot conflicts between Salesforce automation, Sitetracker behavior, and third-party integrations, including Talend ETL pipelines handling large data volumes.

I collaborate closely with technical and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in production environments.

Key achievements: delivered 2 custom LWC components to improve field team operational visibility, developed ~15 business Flows, and built Talend ETL pipelines processing 20,000+ rows into Salesforce via Bulk API

Developed several end-to-end Salesforce projects covering Apex development, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder automation, security model configuration, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Designed and built 4 custom LWC components as part of practical CRM projects.
