My consulting-orientated approach has allowed me to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, build strong senior-level relationships, and develop business cases that balance value over cost while enabling strategic decision-making. I have also applied AI‑driven methodologies across several product and operational use cases, enhancing efficiency, improving predictive insights, and optimising customer journeys.
