1. Client mission with CGI (summer 2021-nov 2021): Chief Enterprise Architect: Define and modify Cegid's enterprise architecture with the complete transformation of the IS: "Lead to Cash". Program budget: 4M€.
o Architecture: Mapping of business “capabilities” in particular for CRM (“Lead to Cash”) for eCommerce sales.
o Managed business stakeholders from different business areas: sales, customer care, delivery, and finance.
o Planning of different releases along their budgets.
o Software/cloud components: SalesForce eCommerce, MuleSoft, ServiceNow, SoFacto, Zuora, SalesForce Billing, Azure Storage. On-premises applications: ERP, Finance and Cegid Accounting; Hybrid cloud urbanization design.

Client mission – Amadeus (Jan-Sep 2019): Director of Enterprise Architecture: managed a team of 5 architects (managers); definition of target IS architecture strategy with a focus on business architecture. IS landscape: SalesForce eCommerce, SAP, ServiceNow and Azure

iAdaptime (from Jan-Dec 2018; Oct 2019-Juin 2021): transforming the construction industry with our patented solutions: The challenges of tomorrow solved today.
iEcoFabrica (Industry 4.0) – Azure Cloud-based robotic flexible home manufacturing plant for building custom green homes in 1-2 weeks. The solution incorporates a compact BCP/DRP. IEcoFabrica is a digital factory composed of 3 flexible parts:
• Full CRM-ERP: It's the brain of the digital factory that is 100% in the cloud. It constitutes the digital value chain of construction from the modeling of the house to the delivery and the after-sales service through the customer relationship management (CRM), the supply management (ERP) of the raw materials to build the house and the production management of the houses (PLM). Athena also controls all the robots in the factory that are considered IoT. These robots are found in parts 2 (Hypathia) and 3 (Hercules). E-Commerce module of the application is the key component of the system for managing the sales.
Athena is made up of 80 processes (Microservices / AKS) including self-service ordering process (“order-to-delivery”).

Security & BCP/DRP: Azure security with NSG, ASG, Defender, Sentinel, etc. along with Azure Site Recovery.

Oracle is one of the world's leading providers of enterprise technology solutions.
Delivery executive of Smart Grid Transformation Programs. The transformation programs consisted of the re-architecture of the entire “order to billing” processes for “Utilities” companies. Example of the program set up is the "Linky" meter. Customer self-service processes have been re-engineered for better “customer experience”. Abou Dhabi electricity authority has transformed the utilities services into an eCommerce portal.
• “End-to-end” architecture development: “order to billing” a seamless operation. Automated the provisioning processes which was one of the bottlenecks.
• Designed a BCR/DRP continuity plan. A monitoring process has been set up in compliance with ITSM for IoT monitoring.
• Managed complex stakeholders with everchanging requirements.
• Designed business KPI in coordination with business owners.
Industrial projects:
• Suez / Lyonnaise des eaux water treatment process integration in to the IS for better traceability.
• Abou Dhabi electricity operations & maintenance: integration of electrical supply components into IS for better control of the voltage monitoring and supply.
Managed direct reports: 6 project managers with Sales/Marketing, Customer Care, Service Delivery, ERP, Billing and Accounting projects.

Program Manager of transformation / Architecture

Managed the design of the digital transformation for customers in south of France:
•1) Airbus Helicopters: Architecture design for the process of helicopter maintenance assembly line. One of the main goals were reducing the “time to delivery” of renewed helicopters. Streamlining the end-to-end process involved: standardizing the maintenance activities, increasing the inventory visibility of the replacement parts, automating the inspection process, operational data collection of the main parts for data analytics, etc.
•2) Port Authority: Architecture for making the port competitive: reducing the “cycle-time”. The main objective of the architecture was to streamline all end-to-end processes that involved several departments. Bringing together all the stakeholders was the greatest complexity. The main value of this transformation was to “reduce the sales cost of B-to-B customers via self-service eCommerce.
• Pushed for the standardization of products and service to sale.
• Managed the business requirements and priorities.
• Coordinated project managers issues and communication complexities.
• Reported the program dashboard and KPIs to the program committee.

Managed a team of 30 engineers with 5 projects managers and a budget of 4M€.
