Worked with brand and supervisors to develop and implement systems to increase efficiency of scheduling in Nordic and Russian regions resulting in better relationships in between brand and schedulers and increased symbiosis.

• Worked with brand and inter-company teams in order to translate priorities into attractive transmission schedules, thereby increasing experience for the viewer.
• Executed promotional strategies by planning all on-air graphics and marketing campaigns in a way that increased viewer retention as well as percentage of new viewers.
