Nicolas Reynaud is a digital transformation/growth specialist with 20 years of experience in fashion retail and media. His expertise includes e-Commerce, omnichannel MarTech innovation, Growth Marketing and CRM.
He is currently vice-CEO of COOLS.com, a fashion & luxury e-shopping engine blending original high-fashion media content with 6M+ products from 5k brands and retailers, recently named by WWD « one of the 10 hottest US fashion marketplaces to watch this year ».
Reynaud spent the last six years of his career in California where he was appointed as VP of e-Commerce & Marketing by Sears Holdings’ owner Eddie Lampert, to accelerate the turnaround of the $6bn apparel division by redirecting 100+M active customers from closing brick-and-mortar stores to the group’s proprietary e- marketplace. There he then served as CDO for the family office who privately owns Auchan - the French Walmart- to ignite their fashion incubator in the Silicon Valley.
Previously he acted 5 years in Paris and Milan as vice-CEO of hundred-year-old French luxury media group L’Officiel digitalizing and automating content production, scaling the business in China and 30 other countries up to $80M GMV, and completing a $7M round of funding for its US launch.
Priorexperience includes international CMO at London-based fast-fashion retailerNew Look,corporate communications analyst at ThompsonCorp /WPP, and management consultant at Semantys /Accenture Group.
Reynaud holds a marketing and a management master degree from Celsa – Paris Sorbonne University, and completed a 1-year executive program at Harvard Business School specializing in sustainable business strategies.
