I spent the last 20 years helping customers across two continents better understand how to translate their business in great software solutions.

A pioneer of e-commerce in 2001, I launched e-commerce startups twice in recent years, sharpening my knowledge of e-commerce best practices and technologies.
I also pioneered CRM, designing and implementing SAP CRM since 2002, with 10+ full life cycle implementations.

In my career I have shown a rare inclination of matching go-live and budget expectations thanks to what Gary Klein beautifully described in his book Sources of power: "recognition primed decision", experience, knowledge and ingenuity lead to good decisions.
