1- Lead on defining and executing the updated Communities and Talents strategy.
Develop the global strategy and the strategy decks.
Implement the strategy for the current and future talents.
Oversee toolkits creation with Design and Growth teams.
Brief the different teams on the Communities/Talents about the processes and tools.
Collaborate with the Product team on how to integrate the communities on the platforms.

- Work with Growth Leads to develop and execute growth strategy, marketing campaigns, content launches, and brand and media partnerships

Coral Gardeners

Coral Gardeners is an organization created in 2017 by young surfers and fishermen from Mo’orea in French Polynesia. We aim to save coral reefs from extinction in two ways. Firstly, by raising awareness of their plight in schools, events and conferences around the world. Secondly, through our reef restoration program, in which we nurture healthy corals and transplant them onto degraded areas of reef. Communication is core to the success of our organisation. Missions: - Manage the communication team (Photographers, video editors, designers, community managers, etc.) - Design, implement and follow up on the communication strategy - Editorial Calendar and Review social media content and publications - Design the membership program and community engagement strategy - Manage influencers, press relationships and external relationships (partners, schools, brands etc) - Align our communication campaigns with Media, partnerships and ambassadors - Manage the Awareness team (local and international conferences and special projects, create educational tools) - Be the POC for all the others teams regarding Communication and Awareness topics
