Aurélie in a few words

Aurélie a démarré chez PayPal à Dublin, où elle a refondu les processus de fonctionnement de l’équipe Fraud Investigation. Rentrée en France, elle poursuit sa carrière dans le conseil et s’est spécialisée dans l’organisation et le management.
Elle intervient depuis plus de 15 ans sur des missions stratégiques dans la banque d’investissement (conduite de projets réglementaires : MIFID I & II, IFRS9, projets de rapprochement d’entités : Fortis – BNP CIB, fusion des DSI dans le Groupe Société Générale), mais pas seulement. Aurélie a mis en place des cellules PMO et mené des plans de transformation Lean dans les banques comme dans d’autres secteurs (Santé, Recrutement, Industrie).

En parallèle, elle est responsable de l’activité formation qu’elle a lancée au sein du cabinet autour de 3 axes : soft skills, outils et méthodologies/mindsets. Elle-même experte sur les méthodologies Lean, Agile, Gestion de Projet, etc. et reconnue par ses pairs, elle intervient aussi bien en milieu académique (Ecole Centrale Paris, Université de Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense, Université de Zhengzhou en Chine), qu’en cabinets de conseil.
