Au Cardif Lab', le Laboratoire d’innovation de BNP Paribas Cardif, j’ai accompagné une petite équipe de développement pour un projet de plateforme digitale soutenant la politique RSE de l’entreprise.
Le projet a été développé vite en mode MVP et Lean Startup, de manière à tester la viabilité de la proposition de valeur avant l’industrialisation.

Petite équipe implique plusieurs casquettes ! J’ai aussi bien pris le rôle stratégique PO/UX (détermination du besoin, product backlog, UX, User Stories) que les rôles opérationnels de BA (spécifications fonctionnelles) et enfin le rôle de testeur QA pour garantir le rendu.
